Thanks for the pic, Shell. I don't know if WP has a policy regarding whether photos can or should be credited to their creators in article pages, but I'm sure I've seen it done before. If your credit on the Simon Munnery article gets reverted again, you should be aware of the 3 Revert rule: essentially, if you revert someone's edit three times in 24 hours then you'll get blocked.
No worries, on the image page is absolutely fine. Must have been editing at the same time and missed your change. --Sholybonoly 16:02, 21 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Just to clarify, it was User:McGeddon who changed it, not me. He's not an admin so I reckon go ahead and keep your name on the article page. Like I said, I'm sure I've seen this elsewhere. --Jim (Talk) 16:09, 21 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
You could always check with an admin to find out what the policy is, if indeed there is one. For the moment, if you've got any other pics you are happy for WP to host then I'm sure the community would be more than grateful! --Jim (Talk) 14:59, 21 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Image:Beltane may queen and green man.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the original image found at flickr is listed as "© All rights reserved" and does not comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. [1], and it was uploaded on or after 2005-05-19. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then please done one of the following:

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:Beltane may queen and green man.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Soundvisions1 (talk) 19:05, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Notification of automated file description generation[edit]

Your upload of File:Chateau dif courtyard.jpg or contribution to its description is noted, and thanks (even if belatedly) for your contribution. In order to help make better use of the media, an attempt has been made by an automated process to identify and add certain information to the media's description page.

This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks!
