Please stop moving this article back to draft as this is a NEW article and has NO grounds for deletion. All potential previous concerns have been edited and addressed by multiple users. This article is now protected per Wikipedia redirect protection WP:REDIRECTPROTECTION / WP:RPROTECTION 1.There is no reason for it to be edited 2.It is an obvious vandalism target 3.It redirects and/or refers to a very controversial topic 4.Any combination of the above. You don't have the ability to protect any article as you are not an administrator. I have moved it back to the draft. I have also move protected the draft so you can't move it again and salted the article name so it cant be recreated. In response to your email. First thing is that your account is not blocked. As to your first amendment rights they don't apply here as Wikipedia is a private web site. See Wikipedia:Free speech. By the way nobody is trying to discredit your work or your sources. Life isn't fair, never has been and never will, get over it. I'm not trying to "sensor" (as you put it) anything. I suggest that you stop throwing around words like "legal" and "unlawful" as some editors may see that as a legal threat. In fact you are trying to sensor as you have no grounds or reason to have deleted this article. This is political bias. You and all the parties involved have already been formally reported to Wikipedia's counsel and administration as they will take over from here. You should be very careful as to whose articles you bias-ly delete, you could have caused Wikipedia a world of legal trouble and that would not be kosher considering you like to play God through this platform. Thanks for admitting that you DO NOT live in the United States, which further validates your claim that you DO NOT know who Chairman Jackson is, which further stipulates that you DO NOT have the right to block an article about someone who you admittingly have never heard of because you don't live in the United States. Username[edit]

Hi, you have stated that are you are not Sean P. Jackson [1]. In that case, can I suggest you ask for a username rename? Given your editing of the article and your username, plenty of people are likely to assume you are. Note that your signature will not be seen when someone is simply checking page histories for example. See also WP:REALNAME. Take a read of WP:UNC if you want to rename your account. Note that although some of the help pages may suggest you simply create a new account, this is not an acceptable course of action as long as this account is blocked. I need to amplify what Nil Einne said. You, as a user, have been blocked for making legal threats; it's not just this account that's blocked. Until those threads are withdrawn, you as a person are blocked. No "legal threats were made. I did make it a point to state that I would report the abusive behavior against me and my account to administration. I can't go back and delete something that does not exist! This has been a HORRIBLE experience since I've begun all due to bullies who are savvy in using this program. Let me quote some statements you made:

And now let me quote WP:No legal threats: "A legal threat, in this context, is a threat to engage in an external (real life) legal or other governmental process that would target other editors." By mentioning WMF counsel and "a world of legal trouble", your first statement was clearly interpreted as to have a chilling effect on discussion: to try to get other editors to cease further actions based on a possible consequence. Likewise, involving the media also involves an outside party. This isn't truly a legal threat, but it still has the same chilling effect.

So, to get your account unblocked in the light of those statements, you'd need to make some declarations:

That you are not now pursuing legal action against Wikipedia, WMF, or any of its editors;
That you are not in contact with WMF legal counsel or having your legal counsel contact WMF's counsel to seek an off-Wikipedia remedy for any on-Wikipedia conduct; and
Either that you have not made any statement to the press about conduct on Wikipedia or that you have withdrawn such statement.

Good, but let's take it one step at a time. Since you were blocked for WP:NLT, your withdrawal is probably enough. You should, however, read WP:GAB, but - short version - use the following template on this page:

{{unblock|1=Your reason here}}

Of course, instead of Your reason here, copy what you just said above (only the first message, where you retract the legal threat). An administrator will then review your unblock request. After you're unblocked for legal threats, you may ask for another username, and eventually talk about the content dispute (that is, creating a new article on Wikipedia). byteflush _Talk 00:07, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There are two separate issues here. The article on Jackson is protected against moves because of your repeated attempts to move it into the main article space. You should not attempt to move it, period. If you think you have improved it enough that it's ready for the main encyclopedia, then you can submit it for review by experienced editors. If they agree, then they will move it to main space.

However, you can't make any improvements to the draft while you are blocked. Once your account is unblocked, then you can request a change of username and get back to working on the draft. —C.Fred (talk) 15:15, 17 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Fred, again, THANK YOU! I will begin editing right away. Last request, can you please block user: MShabazz from repeatedly altering, blocking or changing my article or repeatedly attempting to disparage the subject of my article or keep me from publishing this article. If you look back over this entire process, you'll see this user has continuously made attempts to prevent this article from being published and more recently has just added information to the article that is NOT of relevance per the dismissal of contents within the publishing the user is citing as a reference. I am not convinced that MShabazz has edited in bad faith and will not take action against their account. Further, if the draft were to be protected to prevent them from editing it, you would also be preventing from editing. I'm sorry, but not entirely surprised, that my contributions to the draft article you started don't please you. I searched for sources to try to establish whether Sean Jackson is notable, and added what I found to the draft. Granted, it's not as hagiographic as what you wrote about Jackson, but establishing that independent, reliable third-party sources have written about Jackson—even in a negative manner—is the only way to establish that he's notable.

By the way, I also highlighted that one of the external links is an interview of Jackson by April Ryan, something you should have done (instead of just including the URL). — MShabazz ^Talk/_Stalk 02:03, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I spoke with SarekOfVulcan, who indicated that the block was strictly based on the legal threats. Since that matter has been cleared up, they have no reason for your account to stay blocked. That said, I think both of us share some concerns over other aspects of your conduct.

Please remember that Wikipedia is a collaborative environment: you need to work with other editors to build articles. Community guidelines and policies are meant to preserve harmony and uphold the standards set by the editing community; they are not obstacles or hurdles that you need to run around in an attempt to create an article.

Please also remember that when another editor leaves a message on your talk page, they are providing guidance on how to do things and be in compliance with Wikipedia policy and standards. The messages are meant to be helpful; they are not mere threats.

Finally, let me be clear that the unblock of your account has to do with your conduct as an editor. It is not in any way tied to the status of Draft:Sean P. Jackson. I encourage you, after you change your username, to work on improving the draft and getting it to the point where a consensus of editors think it's ready for the main encyclopedia, and then one of those editors can move it to mainspace. Please do not attempt to force or make an end run around the consensus-building process. I am not placing any formal restrictions on your account; please do not do anything that would require me or another administrator to place such restrictions in order to keep the encyclopedia running smoothly.
