Hi, this is just to let you know I was sorry to see you've decided to retire. While I might disagree with you about there being too many editors of a certain background, the flip side of this statement is definitely true: there are too few editors of a background like yours. I think there's a lot that you contribute if you get used to adhering to rules like WP:RS and especially WP:OR (they make contributing a lot less exciting than it could otherwise be and can be quite restraining, especially when compared to other forms of writing, but they're fundamental to the project).
