Peer review[edit]

- Overall, this is a very thorough review on TB pericarditis with a lot of good information

- Can explain what effusive pericarditis is (or just add a link to another wikipedia article about effusive pericarditis)

- Can get rid of the word "infection" in this sentence: "Tuberculous pericarditis commonly presents with symptoms similar to both pulmonary tuberculosis infection and heart failure"

- Change under diagnosed to underdiagnosed in this sentence: "Tuberculous pericarditis is an under diagnosed condition with up to 15-20% of people with the disease never being formally diagnosed"

- Can make this sentence easier to read: "This therapy consists of 2 months using the drugs rifampin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol followed by 4 months of only rifampin and isoniazid." Can instead say "Treatment involves a 2-month regimen with rifampin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol, followed by 4 months of rifampin and isoniazid alone."

- Change thoughts to thought in this sentence: "Corticosteroids have long been thoughts to help reduce the risk of future cardiac complications."

- Change thoughts to thought in this sentence: "Colchicine is a drug thoughts to reduce the recurrence of constrictive pericarditis in people with tuberculous pericarditis, although evidence is limited"
