I noticed via your edits to Euston Manifesto that you hadn't received a "welcome" yet, so I thought I'd give you one. Creating an encyclopedia is a big, complex project, and the pages linked above are a good way to learn the ropes. However, you are not expected to understand all those details before editing! (I've still got lots to learn myself.) Can I suggest that you take a look at Help:Edit summary before too long? Good edit summaries are more important than many new editors realise (including myself until a few months ago).

The 1975[edit]

Hi, Stephennewton. Yes, they're one band but we're going with "are" instead of "is" since it is a British topic. Most British groups are treated as plural, regardless of the use of singular. Also, did you read the note? It was put there for a reason. TheOnlyOne12 (talk) 17:23, 26 June 2017 (UTC) And your reason for dumbing 'eponymous' down to 'self-titled'? It is ironic that British English is the world's shoddiest.[reply]
