Parthenia

Parthenia is a pastiche creation, like Meru, and doesn't appear in any Howardian material. The name implies a claasical Greco-Roman connection, but I believe it was supposed to be analogous to the Mongols (in spite of the fact that the Hyrkanians would technically be the HA's Mongol equivalent. I'd made a topic about in on the Official REH Forum (http://www.conan.com/invboard/index.php?act=idx) a long time ago, but it seems to have become a pruning victim. The page says I don't have permission to access it. Do I need to register to see it or is there any other way? The name is actually Pathenia not Parenthia. It does have a Greco-Roman name but because of it's geography and climate it looks like Greenland. But since you told that that the name is Italian maybe I'm wrong, maybe they could be the Hyborian Age equivalent of Alps mountains since they border Italy to the north and hence that's why probably it's name sound Italian. Thank you for responding and telling me though. I had lost all hope any would even talk about this topic and was going to abandon it.
