Speedy deletion nomination of International Council for Scientific and Technical Information[edit]

Hello TAC NISO,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged International Council for Scientific and Technical Information for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. TKK bark ! 04:59, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

== First, your instructions to "leave a note on your talk page", where it specifically says to not do so there on that page is confusing. I have contested your tagging this article for deletion. ICSTI is a widely respected international organization that organizes meetings for the international scientific community. These meetings are regularly referenced by significant national and international bodies. I have added a few of these links to the page. This more than surpasses the bar of Wikipedia's Notability requirements: Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). If you have any further questions, I'd be happy to discuss this with you.
