Welcome to the Wikipedia![edit]

Welcome to the Wikipedia, TMFSG! And thanks for weighing in on the Asperger syndrome article discussion. Hope you enjoy editing here and becoming a Wikipedian! Here are some perfunctory tips to hasten your acculturation into the Wikipedia experience:

Some odds and ends: Boilerplate text, Brilliant prose, Cite your sources, Civility, Conflict resolution, How to edit a page, How to write a great article, Pages needing attention, Peer review, Policy Library, Utilities, Verifiability, Village pump, Wikiquette, and you can sign your name on any page by typing 4 tildes: ~~~~.

Best of luck, TMFSG, and have fun! Ombudsman 16:54, 6 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

No personal attacks[edit]

We have a variety of editors here who espouse theories that others disagree with or even find repugnant. However we must remain collegial no matter how much we disagree with them or their viewpoints. Don't violate the Wikipedia:no personal attacks policy. It's OK to attack pedophilia (at least within the bounds of NPOV), but it's not ok to attack editors even if they are pedophiles. Thanks, -Willmcw 01:43, 14 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Personal attack and all, you were right on, dude. This organization should have been shut down years ago.--70.182.219.158 19:37, 16 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Image:Gibson-sg-standardhcherry.jpg[edit]

Please note, you need to state the copyright status of the image, Image:Gibson-sg-standardhcherry.jpg. If you do not, it will be deleted in seven days time. Also, we already have one Gibson SG picture, I don't think we need another. --Saint-Paddy 02:36, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Gibson-sg-standard.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Gibson-sg-standard.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. -- Carnildo 09:52, 31 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Elephant vandalism[edit]

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Elephant. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. NawlinWiki 12:27, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Quesadilla[edit]

Regarding your edit to quesadilla, if you have a look at the etymology of the word (for example at Dictionary.com [1]) you'll notice that 'tortilla' is not part of its history. Please be careful with any facts that you add to articles. Regards, Ziggurat 11:38, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Sausage bread[edit]

I have nominated Sausage bread, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sausage bread. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Mexican rice listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Mexican rice. Since you had some involvement with the Mexican rice redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Steel1943 (talk) 00:14, 16 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

What year are the Stratocasters . And why are there a right hand and a left handed STRATS with the left handed one strung for a right handed player?[edit]

I noticed that the maple neck has the wood between the FRETS has been customized. I noticed that the wood between the FRETS has been rounded down when I zoomed in on the picture. Very nice STRATOCASTERS from a guitar player that LOVES his SG's. My compliments to the luthier. NICE WORK !!! ADRIAN 2607:FEA8:A240:70A0:1C4E:42B:E649:A229 (talk) 01:11, 11 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
