CSD of SBB Cargo International

Hi,
I'm a little curious; why did you CSD SBB Cargo International with A7? I'm not sure how "No indication of importance" applies to an article about a major JV between two of Europe's biggest railfreight companies. I had thought that substantial coverage in independent sources was sufficient to establish notability. Was notability unclear, and is there any particular way you'd like me to improve it?
