Notes on draft[edit]

Hi! I wanted to give you some notes - the first thing that I noticed was that the article doesn't really have any sourcing other than Encyclopedia.com, so this is in definite need of sourcing. This will not only help back up the claims, but can also help show notability. Unsourced claims can be removed from biographies, so this is important to do. Also, I would remove the resume section from the article, as resumes are seen as inherently promotional. Any pertinent career information should be under the career section in paragraph format.

Also, definitely be careful of tone and original research. The article should be neutrally written and should not contain research/claims that are not explicitly made in source material. Some of this is because of the lack of sourcing, so adding it can help. Also make sure that when writing about Welsing's viewpoints, make sure that you write about it in a way that attributes it to her or to another specific person. Most of the tone issues looks to be less that it's your own viewpoint and more that it just needs to be attributed in ways like "according to..." and "in this system...".
