I find it very amusing that you are calling me a vandal when I am a member of the anti-vandalism unit! There are no Cathedrals, Universiies or Synagogues in Thornhill either. Are you going to mention those? ♦ Jongleur100 talk 09:12, 16 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fair point[edit]

Agreed, that it maybe is superfluous, however this information may be of use to anyone referring to the article in order to establish which institutions provide a service to the area; this is of particular significance with Welsh Medium education, which has limited provision. Apologies if the vandalism statement offended, and I must point out that I did not tag the edit as vandalism in the prescribed manner, hence the 'opinion' caveat. Generally, I constitute block deletes as vandalism, and although you are a member of the anti vandalism project - I'm sure you'll agree that it's a good idea for us mere mortals to monitor activity too. May I add that the University/Cathedral comment is, in itself superfluous, as Thornhill is a suburb of a city, which houses these institutions. No need to be so defensive!

Hello, Teigr, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Sorry, I should have realised that you are a new editor. Don't get too upset when other editors alter or delete some of your entries - that's what Wikipedia is all about. When I first started editing here an article that I wrote was savaged unmercifully by another editor. It took me a long time to realise that she was actually correct. (Although wrong in the way she did it.) I'm leaving your entries as they are, but please have another think about whether things that don't exist, or belong on another page, should be put in an encyclopedia article. ♦ Jongleur100 talk 08:47, 20 July 2009 (UTC) please[reply]

Thanks for the advice![edit]

I'll be more careful in future, thanks for the heads up! Teigr (talk) 01:16, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
