Hi, Wikipedia administator(s). On my current network, another individual using one of my older computers logged into a years-inactive account of mine, Jchrist11. This was an account I used to goof around back in middle and early high school, and which was subsequently banned due to a string of non-constructive edits. (Thank you, me from the past!) I have since made a return to Wikipedia years later and my current behaviors aren't indicative of how I used Wikipedia in the past, nor is that old account indicative of my current editing. Respectfully, I would appreciate an unblock. I believe it is an IP block at this point (see Autoblock #16200814). Further, you are free to delete Jchrist11 as that no longer represents me. CheckUser question

Hi — could you explain the situation between this account and Jchrist11? This unblock request (namely "another individual using one of my older computers logged into this years-inactive account of mine") doesn't entirely add up with the technical data, and as much as I don't think it's fair to hold dumb vandalism from 2014 against someone you did evade a valid and indefinite block by creating this account. In truth, I was not completely honest when making the initial unblock request for Jchrist11. The account is definitely mine, one I used to use back in middle/high school to vandalize and goof around, as a lot of school vandals do even now.
I did log onto it on my current computer just to look at my stupider edits and account data from back then (for the nostalgia, I suppose?), not knowing it would then prevent me from editing on this account. I got spooked, and made that unblock request with a tinge of fear because all I wanted to do was get back to editing with this user. So, I should've been forthcoming from the start and I apologize for that.
As far as other accounts, I don't have any others saved on my computer nor am I aware of any. The only other that I've used recently is my IP ([REDACTED - Oshwah]) or my phone's IP (though I don't recall making any edits on my phone). If you see any other accounts besides these 3 as showing a connection to me (Jchrist11, That Coptic Guy, and the IP), then I'd be happy to see the data you're referencing in order to sort this out. — That Coptic Guy (talk) 15:06, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
