History[edit]

In fact, we are French students. Our English is not very good. We are trying to put some elements on wikipedia about Laurent Gervereau. About history, he created the History of Images or Histiconologia, a general history which includes the History of Art. This is an important part of cultuyral history. He was also the Director of the Museum of contemporary history for 23 years and worked about "laminated history", what is important for the general theory of history too.

Je croix peut-être qu’il y a une mélange de termes…par le mot « laminated history » ne veut tu pas en fait dire iconography ? Par votre description, ça me semble le même chose. On pourrait peut-être ajouter, sur la page « history », un titre propre pour l’histoire de l’art, et là-dessus on pourrait parler de l’iconographie. Merci beaucoup et merci pour ton français. Ecoute, j'ai finalement juste rajouté très succintement dans Cultural History la Global history of images qui est une branche en développement exponentiel (même si les USA sont un peu en retard) et j'ai mis les 2 références de base (dont le dictionnaire mondial qui est le seul au monde). Il faut vraiment que cela reste dans l'article car ces études sur les images vont exploser (vu notre monde actuel) dans les années à venir et bousculer les disciplines

J'ai laissé tomber pour la Laminated History, c'est ce que nous appelons en français "histoire stratifiée". Cela vient des enseignants : ils ont besoin de donner des repères chronologiques à leurs élèves mais aussi spatiaux : il s'agit donc de combiner de l'histoire locale, régionale, nationale, continentale et globale.

Tu peux perfectionner mon anglais qui n'est pas formidable...

J’ai lu vos commentaire, mais je croix toujours que l’histiconologia et l’iconographie sont la même chose. L’iconographie est en fait l’histoire des images et leur interprétation.
