Scholarpedia[edit]
About the external links at the neural oscillation page, yes, it is correct to have them in a section called "External links", rather than "See also". However, there is another issue about these particular links. As I understand it, Scholarpedia is a wiki, but is peer-reviewed. To the extent that it is peer-reviewed, I guess it is acceptable as an external link, but as a wiki, it is something of a gray area. Please see Wikipedia:Reliable source examples#Are wikis reliable sources?. I'll defer to you as to whether or not you feel the links should stay, after you read that.
