Help needed at Abu Lu'lu'a Firuz, re addition of Persian name and concerns of circular sourcing[edit]

Your input would be appreciated at Talk:Abu Lu'lu'a Firuz#Sources for the name Piruz Nahavandi. Summaries of the dispute and discussion thread may be found here. Thanks! ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 15:22, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry, but the labours of Hercules would take less time than reading and understanding the wall of text on the talk page and then reading the various sources so that I could know which participants were talking rubbish.-- Toddy1 (talk) 19:34, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I collapsed some but it was then uncollapsed. Both disputants wrote a summary, and I'm fairly sure that just reading that would be enough to judge. But yes, labours of Hercules, I hear you. I don't blame you at all. I could always try though, right? Have a nice day / a good night, Toddy1! ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 19:42, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

April 2024[edit]

30px|alt=Stop icon This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Gqeberha, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Meda Keeling (talk) 19:35, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The place to report me is WP:ANI-- Toddy1 (talk) 19:36, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This warning was placed by a brand new editor, who has been "correcting" a lot of helpful improvements, then placing "final warnings" on the editor's talk page. Pay it no mind, and thanks for your help. signed, Willondon (talk)
Yippee And now Meda Keeling has a checkuser block.-- Toddy1 (talk) 20:14, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for reverting the changes but I feel like this was an unnecessary edit summary. AusLondonder (talk) 07:11, 3 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Tolerance helps manage discomfort when someone has ideas different from ours. If practiced, it can make our lives better: here's how. Tolerance is the ability to embrace others' attitudes and opinions that may contrast with ours without suffering from it.[1]-- Toddy1 (talk) 10:08, 3 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I could say the same regarding what you wrote about a non-English name change in a democracy. Also, see WP:ESDONTS. AusLondonder (talk) 11:28, 3 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

User:Meda Keeling[edit]

Seems to be reverting everyone regardless of merit. Look at what they did to me at Joan Capdevila, after i ADDED A SOURCE (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Joan_Capdevila&diff=prev&oldid=1221917410)!

Attentively, good evening from Portugal 2001:8A0:766E:7A00:75CA:FD9A:1996:BD7F (talk) 19:49, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your message. I made a post at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#User:Meda Keeling.-- Toddy1 (talk) 20:04, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
