Sun Earth Day discussion?[edit]

Possibly it would be good if the content of the page was discussed on the article talk page.... at Talk:Sun-Earth_Day. I will continue there. Regards, Ariconte (talk) 07:36, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your feedback[edit]

Hi TroyDCline, and thank you for leaving feedback. Disrupting article content to make a point is not permitted here, and I have therefore reverted your edits. The most appropriate way to resolve this would be to discuss the changes you want to make on the article's talkpage. I suggest that you open a thread there and explain what you want to add to the article, and why it would be an improvement. Other users can then discuss the issue with you.

Simple Updates[edit]

Thanks TowTrucker. You'll see that I've have responded to the 'update' issues at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Sun-Earth_Day#Simple_Update . This has become a very time consuming and rather frustrating exercise :( I am one of the main content sources for the Sun-Earth Day program and am in no way attempting to disrupt article content. I am simply trying to update incorrect links, remove unrelated links and update the article to reflect the current program? Even my simplest revisions are being reverted back to an earlier incorrect version? Help. (TroyDCline (talk) 13:11, 19 April 2012 (UTC))[reply]

Hi! The main reason I can find from the talk pages for as to why your edits are being reverted is due to you yourself being involved with this issue. This leads to a conflict of interest. Also, you used promotional language in some of your edits. I very much appreciate the program you are running now at NASA and your contributions to Wikipedia. However, I believe that editing of this article should be left to others to make sure it has a neutral point of view. You might consider trying to reach consensus on the article talk page before attempting further edits. --TowTrucker (talk) 19:07, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Error?? on the NASA page[edit]

Troy - On the page http://sunearthday.nasa.gov/2012/about/past_days.php 2006, 2007, and 2008 have the same title 'Space Weather Around the World' after the year. Is this a copy / paste mistake?? Regards, Ariconte (talk) 01:49, 20 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
