January 2012[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not add unsourced content. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. ElKevbo (talk) 19:16, 17 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You need to provide a source for the information you keep adding to the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine, otherwise it will be deleted again. Since this is the only edit you make and you have been told about sourcing and verifiability before, you are heading for a block if you persist. Repeatedly making an edit against consensus and knowing that it contravenes policy is disruptive, and therefore blockable. Squiddy | (squirt ink?) 12:51, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. ElKevbo (talk) 18:44, 20 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
