Unreasonable edits by 121.54.29.122[edit]

Hi Truthspeaketh. I am asking for your help. 121.54.29.122 has been undoing my edits. I am in the process of cleaning up the article. I am not done with my changes and it seems user "121.54.29.122" is passionately adding the old versions. I have been trying to remove unreferenced sections in the article with the intent of replacing the article with referenced material. I tried to reason with 121.54.29.122, but to no avail. I do not want to start an edit war. I ask for your intervention. If there is anything that is not appropriate with my conduct, please let me know. Thank you!
