You seem to be very knowledgeable about old clocks, and I would be interested to know if there are any references to the information you added - On-line info is good, but other published sources would be good too? Sorry there is nothing authoritive published that I think is worth referring to. There is a site www.turretclocks.com which you might find interesting. _____________________

I see you deleted the link to the Antiquarian Horological Society as advertising, but aren't they a reputable non-profit group of enthusiasts with a special interest in this area? Shouldn't we include them as a possible source of further information?
