Good job![edit]

Good on you for creating that article of the Japanese politician. If you wanted to have a go at creating more, I can give you a whole list of them that need to be written! Kind regards.Calaka (talk) 13:54, 14 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your compliment. I'd be glad if you would add your requests for articles on Japanese politicians at Wikipedia:Requested articles/Japan/Government whenever you like.--Umebo (talk) 12:57, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ah yes, that was the list I was going to give you hehehe! There is also Wikipedia:WikiProject_Missing_encyclopedic_articles/Misc which has a Japan section (possibly similar to the requested articles list) that you can look at if you want.. Cheers!

In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 937 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
