@Onel5969: Ughh! I'm sorry. It is just only very short two sentences and a little stub article. I did not know that copying into two lines violated the copyright. However I will create again without previous copyrighted content. Thanks VocalIndia (talk) 13:43, 13 May 2021 (UTC)
Update I recreated better version without copyvio. Pls kindly review my article if you Ok. Best regard. VocalIndia (talk) 14:14, 13 May 2021 (UTC)

Chen Jinggu moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Chen Jinggu, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. – AssumeGoodWraith (talk | contribs) 12:00, 19 January 2022 (UTC)

AssumeGoodWraith wait! being a stub article is not a problem? Pls kindly nominate for deletion if you disagree. When i came back, sure i will complain to you. VocalIndia (talk) 12:04, 19 January 2022 (UTC)
It's about the lack of sources, not the stub. Also, what does that last sentence mean? – AssumeGoodWraith (talk | contribs) 12:29, 19 January 2022 (UTC)
AssumeGoodWraith As popular national goddess, you can easily search her million source on Google. Why do not find it yourself? VocalIndia (talk) 12:32, 19 January 2022 (UTC)

Please stop

Please take a step back from the current issue at hand and look at your edits. You're currently blocked from editing for personal attacks against other editors. DanCherek pointed some of these out - you called other editors "dogs" [1][2][3], "jealous [dogs]" [4], having a "poor mind" [5][6], "useless" [7], and "disgusting" [8].

Your inability to have civil discussions could lead to you having a indefinite block which nobody really wants, however, it's currently trending that way.

I believe that some of this may be due to a language barrier and if that's the case I apologize for the difficulty of what you're going through, however, there are other versions of Wikipedia that you can edit and do so in your native language. Dusti*Let's talk!* 15:52, 23 January 2022 (UTC)

Hi Dusti sorry for my anger. I'm now learned and controlled my anger. Pls kindly give me for a chance and let's see in the future. This is my very first lesson. I can change. VocalIndia (talk) 16:26, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
Unless an admin finds the need to unblock you early, at the moment your block will likely remain in place for at least one week. I'm not an admin so I cannot unblock you. Dusti*Let's talk!* 16:28, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
Dusti Yes I know. I went the wrong way because i think i was bullied by admin Justlettersandnumbers. Moreover I've heated because no one is on my side. I'm still quiet since one day after i've blocked. I can change if you (all) teach me what is right way on Wiki. VocalIndia (talk) 16:32, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
@TheresNoTime: When my block expired after 1 week, I'll be new one and cool. This is my very first time to block in Wikipedia. I've learned many from community. I'll change. I've happily accepted your decision on me because I was wrong. Rude gay can change to cool gay. VocalIndia (talk) 16:36, 23 January 2022 (UTC)

The page Chen Jinggu has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. Justlettersandnumbers onel5969 Really? That contents were taken from Guanyin, see that page's edit history for attribution (WP:CWW). This is not my violation but Guanyin's! What wrong with me? Really need to delete the whole article? You should only remove copyvio contents that came from Guanyin article. Clearly that is not my violation. I already showed my explanation in the page's edit history for attribution (WP:CWW). Please kindly restore as a original stub or the whole article (I will rephrase). VocalIndia (talk) 04:29, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
Umm? "Chen is one of the most important goddesses in Southeast China. or Chief deity of Lüshan sect" is copyvio? Why? So "Mohini Deskina is the chair of Indian Flim Org" or "Ali Khan is one of most popular actors of the Southern India alongside blah blah!" is also copyrighted issue?

What the hell It is a simple one sentence introduction. All Chinese known that Chen is chief of Lüshan sect. What wrong? What a bullying?. Everything are copyrighted ?. Knowledge from my mind is not copyrighted. Nonsense ! VocalIndia (talk) 04:49, 17 January 2022 (UTC)

I would like to mention man of justice Hut 8.5 for example his decision at Talk:Daruka. VocalIndia (talk) 05:06, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
Sorry Justlettersandnumbers I just seen you are trying to help me. You are good. I don't know that. Thank you so much. Original introduction is not copyvio and other editors has been edited in past. Pls restore the whole article...my rephrasing skill is not bad. VocalIndia (talk) 05:24, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
VocalIndia, as you may have seen, I tried to save that page – I undeleted it thinking that I could do that. When I found that even the opening sentences contained copyvios I had no alternative but to re-delete it. Here's a comparison of part of your text with this article:
Our article The source
... a historical shaman priestess who became one of the most important Fujian goddesses and chief deity of the Lüshan Sect ... one of the most important goddesses in Southeast China (the chief deity of the Lushan sect).... A historical shaman priestess who became ...
That is much too similar to the source text, an unacceptable degree of copying. What you need to do in this project is not to rephrase the source(s) (which can give rise to a derivative work), but write entirely new text using only your own words. You've already had a number of warnings about this; please make very certain not to repeat these mistakes in the future. I did see that you had correctly attributed the stuff copied from Guanyin, and it's definitely not your fault that the text in that article turned out to be a copyvio. Take care, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 17:20, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
ammm...Justlettersandnumbers "a historical shaman priestess who became one of the most important Fujian goddesses and chief deity of the Lüshan Sect" it is a very minor. It is don't led to a violation as I known. Opinion may be the same in general. Will we accept the ANI decision? If the contents are copyright infringement, Many Wikipedia articles that use the text like "one of the most popular blah blah" will be deleted. Really nonsense! public known facts are not copyrighted. According to my experience on Wikipedia, I believe it is not enough for copyright violation.VocalIndia (talk) 17:33, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
She is
  • a historical shaman priestess ✅ (correct) If she is not shaman priestess so is she a sugar monny?❌
  • one of the most important Fujian goddesses ✅ (correct) All Chinese and worshipers known this fact. i don't mention that "important goddesses in Southeast China" I mentioned as Fujan goddess.
  • chief deity of the Lüshan Sect ✅ (correct) if she not, Chen is a chief of beggar sect?

all people can writing these facts. Normal sentence structure is copyrighted on Wikipedia. lol What a great joke. I did not have the right to write such a truth. I dont believe that general sentence structure styles or words are copyrighted. Let's go to ANI, if they decided this was my mistake, sure i will left from Wikipedia. I know you are an admin however If I am right, no one is afraid. 😇 VocalIndia (talk) 17:43, 17 January 2022 (UTC)

VocalIndia, your comments show a fundamental and worrying failure to understand what we mean by copyright. You have a very simple choice here: either you attempt to understand our copyright policy, agree to abide by it, and accept advice on how to follow it when such advice is offered; or – sooner or later – you will lose your editing privileges. Because that is, I'm afraid, what happens to those who cannot or will not adhere to our policies. If you have questions you may ask them here. If you want a second opinion on the stuff you copied from the Asian Theatre Journal you could perhaps try asking one of the other admins who has warned you on this page about copying or copyright. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 18:08, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
Justlettersandnumbers No! I'm very experienced editor I know everything about the rules of Wikipedia. No... i've only one warning for copyright in very old past in Queen Mother of the West. Other are misunderstood of them, read it again. This one [9] is warned me for copyvio. Unfortunately it is not my violation that came from Guanyin article. I've tagged for attribution (WP:CWW). This one [10] also misunderstood. VocalIndia (talk) 18:14, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
So other way, I created with this intro "Chen is a goddess and shaman, one of the most popular Fujin goddesses" It will be copyright violation because of the wrote in sources? It is a very short one sentence. How is goes to copyright violation ? It make nonsense. If I've copied three sentences at least fron other sources , sure it is a copyright violation. Should be banned from Wikipedia. VocalIndia (talk) 18:28, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
Is it a big sin to have a few words in common?. VocalIndia (talk) 18:39, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
@Hut 8.5: pls kindly judge on our dispute. I'll accept your decision. Thanks VocalIndia (talk) 18:45, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
I'm not sure exactly what you want me to judge but I can't see the main sources linked by Justlettersandnumbers so I can't really offer a useful opinion on this. If you copied content from an existing Wikipedia article written by someone else which turned out to be a copyvio then that's not your fault though. Hut 8.5 19:33, 17 January 2022 (UTC)
Necrothesp As you are one of my sensei(s) and oldest admins, I want to ping you for the last time. This is eligible for copyright violation ? VocalIndia (talk) 16:56, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

Publishing AfC submissions out-of-process

Hi, VocalIndia. I noticed that you've been moving a number of AfC submissions to mainspace either after they were declined or even while they were still pending review. While there is no policy against this, it is rarely a good idea, and I would implore you to be much more cautious about when you do so. Of your four recent ones, I've reverted two:

  • Draft:Kalyan Swami is a recreation of content that an AfD had previously found non-notable. For that to be reversed, either Wikipedia:Deletion review would have to overturn that conclusion, or an AfC reviewer would have to feel confident that the draft does not have the same issues the previous article did.
  • Draft:Vrkasura is, simply, nowhere near ready to be an article, and was unlikely to survive AfD in its current state. It hadn't even been reviewed once, so by moving it you take away its creator's chance to receive constructive feedback from the AfC team.

Of the other two, I came close to moving Rantideva back but decided against it (although only after removing copyright violations from the article, something an AfC reviewer would check for and which you should have too). And then with Kalki Jayanti, yeah, I'll give you that one, it has issues but in my opinion should have been accepted. (I note that the person to decline its final version was in fact a banned sockpuppet, so maybe that explains that.)

Again, please be more careful in the future if you're going to do this sort of thing. AfC exists for a reason, so if you're going to go around it, you should have a good reason for doing so. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 03:44, 4 January 2022 (UTC)

Tamzin, Thanks for informing me. I don't know about the AfD result of Draft:Kalyan Swami. I accepted the article because he was a religious figure in history. Sorry ! For Draft:Vrkasura, as I'm an Indian, I know that the asura is notable and important mythological demon. I hope the article will accept through the AfC process. I'll careful in the future. Thanks. VocalIndia (talk) 14:46, 4 January 2022 (UTC)
Tamzin, thanks for taking the time to explain the issue to this user. This is still a recurrent problem two months later, most recently at Prince Hwaui, which got sent back to draft and immediately brought back to mainspace while ignoring the AfC process. Circumventions of the AfC process also happened in February at Yi Han-eung, Kang Hoon (diff), and Zhu Mo (diff). Clearly intentional, disruptive behavior. Pilaz (talk) 03:40, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
@Pilaz: To some extent I sympathize with VocalIndia here, in that I think a lot of questionable draftifications do happen, and I think the draftification of Prince Hwaui (content at time of draftification) is a good example of one. That said, @VocalIndia:
  1. Please stop publishing drafts that you didn't create. Just, stop. If you think a decision to draftify was incorrect, raise the matter with the editor who draftified. Under WP:DRAFTOBJECT they are supposed to move it back; if they don't, follow appropriate steps of dispute resolution. Meanwhile, if someone else has created an AfC draft, and you improve it, that's great, but it should still await AfC review.
  2. Much more importantly than any of that, your edit summaries at Special:PageHistory/Prince Hwaui are utterly unacceptable. I understand that you were upset, and, like I said, I agree with you that it was a bad draftification, but it is never okay to speak to other editors like that. You have already been blocked once for similar conduct under similar circumstances. If you wind up at ANI over this again, the next block will likely be much longer, maybe indefinite. Civility is a core policy here, one of our five pillars.

Wikipedia and copyright

Control copyright icon Hello VocalIndia! Your additions to Prince Euneon have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 13:50, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

Justlettersandnumbers When I said I have no copyright issue on Wikipedia above discussion, poorly or intentionally you searching my mistake quickly from my old contributions. What a poor mind. Well well...please kindly continue to search my violations. "Outside is white, ineer is black". I've retired from Wikipedia forever. I believe I did nothing wrong before you searched my mistake. 😇 Inner peace. I'm very pity poor mind guy. VocalIndia (talk) 16:14, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
Before i retire, let me tell a poor joke,
Our article The source
... a historical shaman priestess who became one of the most important Fujian goddesses and chief deity of the Lüshan Sect ... one of the most important goddesses in Southeast China (the chief deity of the Lushan sect).... A historical shaman priestess who became ...

is a copyright violation on Wikipedia 😂🤣🤣😂🤣🤣. "Justin Dog'ber is a singer who pupular in Doglanda" also copyrighted contents? That was only one sentence with a few words. How shameless. I really want to know how some ppl became Wiki administrators. 😃 VocalIndia (talk) 16:28, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

Please be civil

Hello, VocalIndia,

Please leave constructive edit summaries, not ones like you left at Prince Hwaui. It's natural to have disagreements here over editing decisions but please do not lash out or insult other editors. We're all trying to do our best and other editors are people, too. If you have a specific complaint, bring it to an editor's user talk page, do not conduct a discussion or argument through edit summaries. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 02:08, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

You can do so if you think it's suitable, I'd like to see how the editor responds first. Liz Read! Talk! 04:20, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
Bullying to newbie is not acceptable case. I'm great article defender from evil editors. I didn't insult other but i insult myself like "dog like me". So I mean I'm a dog. I've learned many from past block, so i will not insult to other but I will insult myself. Insulting myself is a mistake ? No... I own myself. All people own their self. By the way, Pilaz I'm so pity to Pilaz, he want to revenge me for the past problems at AfD. He always find and see my mistake. Are you my vip Spy?. Good job. Pls kindly continue to find my mistake and continue agitate. Most of your contributions are focusing my case and about.🤣 If you have many free time, pls go to library. Don't waste your golden time on me. Thanks for you being my paparazzi. 🥰 VocalIndia (talk) 05:13, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
You are not a newbie editor: you've made 4.5k edits since 2019. Stop using personal attacks, calling other volunteer editors "evil" or "dogs" like you did in response to my complaint. Please take this warning seriously, or we'll be going back to WP:ANI. Pilaz (talk) 13:37, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
No, I'm not newbie. I mean newbie is User talk:16272js. I want to help Wikipedia as well. Pilaz, pls kindly stay away from me... Please... i dont want any problem with you. Pls stop tracking my activities. I want to apologize you. I'm a solo editor who didn't accept injustice case. For this! I did not mention name as you. Pls be still cool. VocalIndia (talk) 13:47, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
None of this conversation was about User talk:16272js. Calling other editors "Evil editors" goes against WP:CIVILITY. As for the last message, who was it for, exactly? Pilaz (talk) 14:19, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
And can you care to explain what you meant by "clean a trash" in your edit summary, when you deleted my comment? Pilaz (talk) 14:20, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
Pilaz Actually Prine Huawu article was created by 16272js. As for i deleted your comment, If honestly admitted, I hate you so much in past because i thought you are tracking my edits and then against me every time. That's why i dont want to see any comments from you. For now, after many considering and relaxed my mind with this, not anymore. As a sensitive gay, I can't control my mind sometime. Pls forgive me. Sorry for my misunderstood on you. My English is not good. I hope you will understand. VocalIndia (talk) 15:06, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
VocalIndia, perhaps one thing getting lost in translation here is the meaning of some of these terms? In English, calling someone a "dog", or "trash", or "evil" are all considered very serious insults, not the sort of things people usually say even in the heat of the moment. Perhaps some of those limits are arbitrary, but it's very important to understand them. And I worry that, through these heated reactions, you're causing people to prejudge against you and assume you're wrong about the facts of the matter—where, again, I do think you have something of a point here. But using these kinds of words hurts your own case. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she/they) 16:07, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

Sockpuppet investigation

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/VocalIndia, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Maya king

Thank you for “defending” article I wrote! It’s an article about a Maya ruler. 🙂 P. S. I see you’re a gay from a traditional Indian family. As a someone quite liberal regarding sexuality, living in more liberal part of the world, I fully support your decision to be as free as possible. It’s a personal message, but I believe you‘ll understand. Miha (talk) 23:45, 19 October 2021 (UTC)

Mychele Trempetich Thank. You are very kind. VocalIndia (talk) 01:52, 24 October 2021 (UTC)
