You kinda made yourself look like an ass hat with this post. You were wrong on virtually every accusation you made and every interpretation of Wiki policies and guidelines. It happens, especially when you are still fresh to the Wikipedia way of doing things. If you would like some assistance in learning how to be a better editor and contributor, I would be willing to help you do so. Alternatively, you could seek out someone to help you via WP:MENTOR.
One thing is for certain, James; if you offer that sort of post to other, less charitable editors, you will find yourself alienating potential co-workers and ultimately end up with a large-type bucket of blocks for personally attacking others.
