Cartoon from book[edit]
I believe I scanned the cartoon from the book "War in the Philippines" by Marshall Everet, which was reprinted as part of the book "Startling Occurances" Ebay description. (Sorry I can't be more specific with page # &c; I no longer seem to have my copy-- presumably it was in the part of my collection lost in 2005 with Katrina.)
