Welcome Jones555[edit]

Hi there Jones555. Welcome to Wikipedia, its always good to see new users. When you get a chance, drop us a note at Wikipedia:New user log to introduce yourself! You might also like to put a short introduction on your user page so that other wikipedians can get to know you.
I saw you added an article on Naddists. Thats cool, I added a stub tag to the article as I felt it was incomplete - thats no slur on you adding the article but rather to let other wikipedians know they should be adding to it! Try to remember to add stubs when you create short articles, see Wikipedia:Stubs for more info. Happy wiki-ing!

You can sign your name on talk pages by using " ~~~ " for your username and " ~~~~ " for your username and a timestamp.. Signing your name is important on talk pages because it helps people get in touch with you. Also remember to indent each of your comments using : so that other users can follow the flow of discussions

As well as editing wikipedia you could also think about taking part in many other essential activities that make wikipedia a friendly place. For example you could welcome new users to wikipedia (for this you are could use my welcome templates here) or you could try mediating discussions between other users. There are loads of other options at the Wikipedia:Community Portal.
Some links to get you started in the community:
  • The new users Welcome page is a good place to start.
  • Wikipedia:Help has a broad range of general help topics you may find useful.

If you have any questions or just want to chat then leave a message on my talk page and I'll answer as soon as possible. Happy editing, Tmorton166 (Errant Emote) talk 19:06, 25 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Diabolo photo[edit]

Hi there! Sorry I haven't responded very quickly to your request :-) I had left Wikipedia but may be coming back if I can be bothered to take more crap from people :D. I can certainly lend you a hand.

Before the image can get uploaded I need to know the source - is it free? did you take the pic yourself or is it off a website. Unfree images may possibly be used (in this case probably so) but un-sourced images will be deleted!

Let me know and then I'll show you how to upload it and add it to the page :D cheers --Errant Tmorton166(Talk) 08:38, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome your help to create new content, but your recent additions (such as Pimp slap) are considered nonsense. Please refrain from creating nonsense articles. If you want to test things out, edit the sandbox instead. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Straight Edge Buddhism, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Straight Edge Buddhism provides no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Straight Edge Buddhism, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 07:31, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Naked Idol requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.
