Thanks for the work you did on Discrimination in awarding Section 8 housing, and thanks especially for responding to the feedback you got over the holiday break. The class ended and the Wikipedia community needs time to give feedback. Most people finished their work at the beginning of December and feedback came within two weeks, but that was not soon enough for most people either in your class or others across the country.
It is profoundly disheartening to be a volunteer, to give feedback, and then to never get a response because the student has left the class and no longer cares. I really appreciate that you came back after the class was over - and I appreciate moreso because it was something which I hoped everyone in your class would do but until thus far you and the professor were the only ones who did.
I organize a Seattle Wikipedia meetup at Cafe Allegro in u-district on the first Tuesday of every month. If you have time to drop in, consider coming to say hello sometimes. We would love to hear about your experience with the project. Blue Rasberry (talk) 18:49, 12 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
