November 2015[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Duchy of Lancaster may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s and 1 "{}"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • Grosmont, Duke of Lancaster|Henry of Grosmont]], Edmund's grandson, was created Duke of Lancaster.{obviously previously created, and not for John of Gaunt.) After his death a charter of 1362 conferred the dukedom on his son-in-law John of Gaunt, Earl of

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, My Side of the Mountain, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! December 2015[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Oshwah. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to March (territorial entity)— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 05:40, 5 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Introducing yourself[edit]

Hello WriteinEnglish and welcome back. Your copyediting improvements are much appreciated, but please don't post to Wikipedia talk:Centralized discussion: as stated at the top of that page "This is the talk page for discussing improvements to the Centralized discussion page.", i.e. the page has a very restricted function and is not a venue for general discussion. Your "Introducing myself" passage would belong well on your own userpage which is blank at present. If you spot glaring errors in articles you are welcome to fix them yourself or if you seek other opinions then post on that article's talk page. For any further queries you have I'd suggest returning to the Teahouse. Hope some of this is helpful: Noyster (talk), 08:05, 16 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Per the Wikipedia:Manual of Style, please use logical quotation. DrKay (talk) 04:48, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for June 19[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Cecily of York, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Source. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
