AfD nomination of Michigan MAC Trophy

Welcome, but ... I've added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Michigan MAC Trophy, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Importance). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree, discuss the issues raised at Talk:Michigan MAC Trophy. If you remove the {{dated prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. After discussion both on the talk page and on the WikiProject College Football page, I've changed the template so that there is not a division between BCS and non-BCS conferences. BCS conferences are still marked with a * and there is a footnote as was suggested by Mecu and AUTiger. Thanks for speaking out and being bold in your edits. If you haven't done so already, please feel free to join the project. Editors like you are always welcome. z4ns4tsu\talk 16:24, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Template:Collegebowl

I understand now. Essentially, the sponsors are only title sponsors, not minor ones that may have advertising along the side of the field. By "sponsor," I meant something along the lines of the "AutoZone" Liberty Bowl, where AutoZone is the lead sponsor. I'm going to revert your changes to the sponsor section, and make a few modifications to the template, as well as the documentation. Thanks for the input! If you have any questions, please contact me at my talk page. Ian Manka 22:38, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
