Wikipedia:Adopt-a-typo/MOS:APPENDIX headings/logbook

The following list shall remember the duty and effort of those who have completed the challenge of correcting all the typos in Wikipedia given by the Wikipedia:Adopt-a-typo/MOS:APPENDIX headings page.

Honorees

• Did it! Took about 500 edits. This was the second time I actually did it. This page grew out of the second effort to make it easier in the future. First time was about a year ago. Jason Quinn (talk) 21:30, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

• Added "Publications" to the list and a few more searches. About 200 more edits completed. Jason Quinn (talk) 04:31, 10 March 2012 (UTC)

• I cleared the heading typos! It took about 400 edits. I am currently working through the "Common non-standard headings" section and so far have used AWB to correct around 1,200 instances of "External references". Hampton11235 (talk) 19:23, 3 August 2015 (UTC)

• Cleared the heading typos. 175 edits required (and it's been just less than 6 months since Hampton11235 last did them all! Gricehead (talk) 16:36, 29 January 2016 (UTC)

• I cleared all of the bolded typos, at least that I can be sure of. "Further readings" was particularly common. 50 edits, probably would've been more if I'd gone through non-bolded typos. Suntooooth (talk) 13:05, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
