A gradual reduction in the quality of an image is to be expect every time it is manipulated. Could you pleasee upload such "improvements" with another name? Now the image is just black and white "line art", but it used to be a representation of a very real print, with all its defects, but also naturalness and beauty. I'd like to add it to said article (especially since we have a relative paucity of images of the creature). The original painting, however, is EXTREMELY fragile, & i'm still trying to figure out how to scan it, without damaging it; so, for the near-to-forseeable future, a photo will have to do.
