Good job citing your sources. However, I find the lead section far too short — it should be one to three paragraphs long, not just a couple of sentences. The article itself also seems rather short. If the monoclonal antibodies section has a main article, it ought to be expanded to at least a few paragraphs of prose instead of just a few lists. The small molecules section is also too short, and is just a list. Far from satisfactory for an article about an important form of cancer treatment, IMO. Perhaps describe how this was developed (and when/where/who). Was it a long research process or a happy accident? Put an introduction paragraph (or at least a good descriptive sentence) before each list so the reader knows why he is reading the list. Provide a caption that tells the reader what the process in the diagram is showing (and what "bcr-abl" or "kinase domain" are). --maclean25 08:13, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
