Xbox 360[edit]

I noticed how great this article is, and it looks like it's got what it needs to be featured. But I want to have it reviewed before I nominate it. --Karrmann

  • The lead needs to be expanded.
  • Replace the promotional images with free images for bonus points.
  • Tiny single-paragraph sections need to be merged.
  • I like prose, so I'd prosify the table of features between the regular and "core" systems.
  • Stability is a bit of a concern: I saw a piece of vandalism survive the most recent round of reversions (and removed it).
  • Consider renaming "Launch" to the more open-ended "History", and consider expanding it; a two-paragraph section is a bit short. (Given that it has its own article, I've revised my position on the matter)
  • Components and Accessories: Get rid of the sub-headings; sections of only one paragraph (or one sentence, even) are way too short.
  • Hardware specs should be moved to the bottom, I think; it's technical info, so my eyes kinda glaze over when I look at it.
  • "User Interface" should be renamed to something less technical. Again, really short sections should be merged together.

In short, the article needs reorganized badly. The information is there, but there's no rhyme or reason to it, just a bunch of one-paragraph sections and sub-sections. Nifboy 20:43, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article just survived some heavy cutting because of a {{verylong}} tag, several sections were split off and the text is now a bit disjointed. ˉˉanetode╡ 10:34, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ah. Looking at the old version that seems to be the right idea. Nifboy 18:02, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
