It has good quality,the target is in the center and the target is watching the camera.It is taken with a FinePix S5700 S700.

  • I'm pretty sure that the quality isn't FP quality. The composition is pretty good, but because of how it looks at full zoom and even about half-zoom, I don't think this will make it. The picture is just very noisy. Elephantissimo (talk) 17:31, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Nice shot, but one of the big things working against this would be that the bird is behind a number of branches of the tree. Sure they're only small and you can still see the bird quite clearly, but it is that sort of thing that makes the difference between a good picture and a Featured Picture :-). It also looks to me that the focus is towards the bottom of the tail feathers, or perhaps on one of those small branches, leaving the face slightly outside the optimum focal plane; ideally it would be the other way around (though I've only viewed at image page size so could be wrong on this). --jjron (talk) 02:43, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
