Interest of the translation: English article stub. Featured article in German. International relevance through Northern Europe in mediaeval arts. SFDan, who contributes to the English language article, will review and improve article after translation.
Comment: I have expanded this article from a stub using information from the Spanish version. I have made various amendments (eg the Allies landed in Italy in 1943, not 1942 as stated in the original), as well as some additions and ommissions.

Interest of the translation: This stub already had a number of cross-refs from other articles, and I believe an expanded version would make a significant addition to the International Broadcasting, Public Broadcasting, Propaganda, Spanish Civil War, and RTVE pages, amongst others.

Interest of the translation: The subject is very notable, due to their popularity in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and the current article seems inadequate, especially when compared to the German one.
