Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?
Chelsea has a huge share of articles on Wiki and I think it deserves a seperate WikiProject to help out with it. Avenue X at Cicero (talk) 20:44, 17 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
