The Colorado state 2012-archived copy of Colorado state list of delisted NRHP properties. Is there a current version?

Many original notes below identified data errors in a NRIS database version of 2013. It is possible some have since been corrected in NRIS, as evidenced by spreadsheets on listings up to June 28, 2022 and on removed properties up to June 28, 2022 available for download (as of November 25, 2022) at "Data downloads" page: https://www.nps.gov/subjects/nationalregister/data-downloads.htm. I have downloaded copies of those. Henceforth call the listings one "Data-download-listings-2022-06-28". --Doncram (talk, contribs) 19:55, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Documentation[edit]

UPDATE: Hey, the document at https://npgallery.nps.gov/NRHP/GetAsset/NRHP/97000793_text now is the correct one, about the bank, yay! Article already uses the correct version at NARA. --Doncram (talk, contribs) 00:02, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Boulder County Courthouse's Additional Documentation of 2018, with refnum=AD80000878, is included as 17 pages within main NRHP document in NPS's 187-page version,[1] but it is not included in NARA's version of NRHP nomination, a 166-page PDF, which includes 1978 text and photos but not 2018 AD. That will be fine, and even better, if the Additional Documentation gets posted by NARA, but it is not there now, when search on 80000878, AD80000878, other. --Doncram (talk) 20:29, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Property names[edit]

batch03:17
It is in 20220628 spreadsheet still as "Loveland State Amory", needs fix to Armory. NRHP registration document uses Loveland State Armory, so this appears to be a typo in NRIS entry. --Doncram (talk) 03:29, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Weekly list PDFs at NPS go back only to 1988, but Federal Register this 1979 Federal Register PDF document list starting page 225 or so, states all listings previous to 1979. Under Colorado / Pueblo County, here is what is listed for it: "Penrose vicinity. INDIAN PETROGLYPHS AND PICTOGRAPHS, E of Penrose, (5-3-76)". For comparison other items are "Pueblo. BAXTER HOUSE, 325 W. 15th SL, (2-17-78)" and "Pueblo. PITKIN PLACE HISTORIC DISTRICT, S side of 300 block W. Pitkin PL, (1-31-78)". So it seems to be NRHP-listed as "Indian Petroglyphs and Pictographs". Further to me it seems that Turkey Creek Canyon Rock Art District (currently a redlink) is indeed the better article name, and that Indian Petroglyphs and Pictographs (currently a redlink) should redirect to that. The NRHP article should show "Indian Petroglyphs and Pictographs" in bold in the lede and that is what should appear in an NRHP infobox. --Doncram (talk) 02:25, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

State/county issue[edit]

  • Phillips Brothers Mill, which is located in Oak Run, California, in Shasta County, California, refnum 02001406, also has an NRHP listing given in Oak Run, Colorado, in Shasta County, Colorado, with listing status DR, refnum 02001255. This information seems to have been entirely wrong, and to have been corrected in the later California one's listing. Should the register entry be deleted? It's informative about what DR status can mean, i guess. --doncram (talk) 14:39, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It shows only in Shasta County, Colorado, in 2022 NRHP spreadsheet. --Doncram (talk) 01:36, 26 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Address issues[edit]

batch06:02
batch06:03-04. Apparently should change to California St. and Brighton Boulevard.
In 2022 NRHP spreadsheet, address still messed up for McClintock Building, as "1550-58 Califorinia St./622-40 16th St."
And Riverside Cemetery is "5201 Brighton Blvd." - this one was fixed. --Doncram (talk) 01:43, 26 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
batch06:05. Apparently should be Hinsdale County Road 34.
The [https://npgallery.nps.gov/NRHP/GetAsset/NRHP/78000853_text NRHP doc for it lists it at 2400 Curtis St. Spreadsheet 20220628 still shows 24, NRIS still needs to be fixed to 2400. --Doncram (talk) 03:40, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Colorado has it at "Address: 2400 Curtis, Denver2400 Curtis, Denver" (cut&paste) ""Address: 2400 Curtis, Denver2400" is what i see which is a bit garbled. HC Temple Emanuel
Per 2022 NRIS spreadsheet, it is "1052 Pearl St."
The farm (owners) has their own webpage giving its location: https://www.bracewellfarm.com/
This is listed as ADDRESS RESTRICTED in 2022 NRHP spreadsheet, that should be changed. --Doncram (talk) 01:49, 26 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Temple Emanuel
  • Temple Emanuel (Pueblo, Colorado) is listed in NRIS2013a as being at 1425 N. Grand Ave. while in fact it is at 1325 N. Grand Ave. The NRHP document shows 1325. Google maps shows 1325. --Doncram (talk) 00:15, 6 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Demolished but still listed[edit]

  • The Wheeler House, located at 1917 W. 32nd Avenue in Denver, has apparently been destroyed: this picture shows the site, which is obviously not occupied by the Late Victorian house from 1875 that is listed on the Register. Nyttend (talk) 01:00, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Wheeler House is identified as "Removed from State Register 12/17/2009" in archived 2012 OAHP document. That document appears to link to a Wheeler-specific document at http://oahp.historycolorado.org/programareas/register/1503/cty/pdfs/5DV425.pdf, but that URL doesn't work. (And Wayback machine did not archive that URL.) --Doncram (talk) 16:28, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Wheeler House was removed from NRHP on January 14, 2010, per National_Register_of_Historic_Places_listings_in_west_Denver.
Wolcott Bridge was removed from NRHP March 20, 2011, per National Register of Historic Places listings in Eagle County, Colorado. --Doncram (talk) 16:43, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This one is truly demolished, lots of reporting in its Wikipedia page.
NRIS shows "Black Squirrel Creek Bridge" still listed, in spreadsheet downloaded by me 2022-06-28. --Doncram (talk) 16:43, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Colorado SHPO shows still listed 2022, https://www.historycolorado.org/national-state-register-listed-properties El Paso County search
What evidence demolished? Note Addresses report below "St. Charles Bridge (Pueblo, Colorado) is listed as being on County Road 65, but I found the bridge to be on 27th Lane." Did i just look on wrong road? But how get 2006 year? --Doncram (talk) 22:57, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
NRIS shows "St. Charles River Bridge" still listed, in spreadsheet downloaded by me 2022-06-28. --Doncram (talk) 16:43, 25 October 2022 (UTC).[reply]

Coordinates issues[edit]

batch02:05
batch02:06
I did try with NPS NRHP to get these coordinates updated, but i think got no reply, and on coordinates in general we chose to update on our own.
We now have improved coordinates for many (most?) Colorado NRHPs. Does Colorado SHPO have improved coordinates? --Doncram (talk) 16:50, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
