DEVELOPMENT OF FIXED PHYSICAL PROPERTY

The wholly owned mileage of the Atlantic City Railroad, amounting to 170.609 miles, was acquired by consolidation. Of the 19 corporations that comprise the line of succession culminating in the Atlantic City Railroad as at present constituted, six corporations named hereunder did not construct any road or other common-carrier property.
