Location and General Description of Property

The carrier [Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific Railway] also leases the property of the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railroad Company, herein called the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railroad, consisting of right of way and station grounds between Duluth and Virginia, upon which the railroad owned by the operating company is located. The Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railroad owns no common-carrier property other than land.
