The property of the Macon Terminal Company, hereinafter called the carrier, is located within the city of Macon, Ga., and consists of a passenger terminal comprising a station and standard-gauge track connecting with the following railroads entering Macon, all of which use this terminal:

Central of Georgia Railway Company.
Georgia Railroad.
Georgia Southern and Florida Railway Company.
Macon and Birmingham Railway Company.
Macon, Dublin & Savannah Railroad Company.
Southern Railway Company.

The carrier wholly owns and uses 0.460 mile of first main track and 0.442 mile of second main track. It also owns and uses 2.744 miles of yard tracks and sidings. Its road thus embraces 3.646 miles of all tracks owned.


CORPORATE HISTORY

The carrier was incorporated July 9, 1914, under the general laws of the State of Georgia, for the purpose of providing passenger terminal facilities for [?]
