Location and general description of property.—The railroad of the Maryland and Delaware Coast Railway Company, hereinafter called the carrier, is a single-track, standard-gage, steam railroad, located in Maryland and Delaware. The main line extends southeasterly from West Denton, Md., to Lewes, Del., a distance of 39.518 miles.


CORPORATE HISTORY

The carrier was incorporated April 16, 1924, under general laws of Maryland, for the purpose of acquiring and operating a
