The Maryland and Pennsylvania Terminal Railway Company, herein called the Maryland and Pennsylvania Terminal, whose entire common-carrier property is leased to and operated by the carrier, owns terminal facilities in Baltimore, Md., including 0.507 mile of main track.


CORPORATE HISTORY

This company was incorporated December 12, 1905, under the general laws of the State of Maryland, for the purpose of acquiring and constructing terminal facilities in the City of Baltimore, Md.
