Wario[edit]

Popular character, and other than games stuff, I can't quite think of how to improve it to featured article status. -- A Link to the Past 00:09, July 30, 2005 (UTC)

There's certainly enough information there. Since he's not the most important character, I'd suggest looking at the article with a critical eye to see what could be removed. By making the article as concise and eloquent as possible the quality will improve IMHO. For example, looking at the images found in the article, quite a few of them seem to be variations on the same theme (namely, drawings of Wario) that serve no specific function. You might also consider renaming the Crossover appearances section to something like Guest appearances. Looking at the TOC it was unclear to me what this section was about. The only image I could see not serving a specific point is the V-for-Victory Wario. Vampire Wario is the form taken by Wario in Dr. Mario 64, Spring Wario is an example of one of his powerups, 3D Wario is the obligatory intro image, and WarioWare Wario is how he's depicted in the WarioWare games. And, actually, he is pretty important; he has two series under his belt, and has a very large fanbase. -- A Link to the Past 22:51, August 10, 2005 (UTC)
