Good work, nice photos! I would transfer the section about the Hurricane Floyd damage from Blackwater River to the History, even putting it as its own subsection, as I would assume it is a major event in the city's history. Is Franklin considered part of the Hampton Roads metro area? If so, place the navigation box below and mention it in the summary. The schools are worth discussing as Franklin has an independent school system. Setting the Franklin City Schools apart and explaining their role would work. I don't think Franklin shares schools with Southampton County. Explaining Paul Camp Community College's role in the city would make for a good addition (Do they have a campus in Franklin, for example). Also, is there anything unique culturally to Franklin?chrisfortier 22:07, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
