Overall "tournament records" section vs. individual records sections[edit]

This question is important for the structure of the article. This section is to discuss views and reach a consensus on it. I have no strong opinion on either position, but I do enjoy the look of the current structure over the proposed change. I am also unsure of how such a section would be titled, because "Achievements" is a title that is not necessarily indicative of the tournament records of most football teams (including Peru, where "achievements" are not abundant).
