Discussion of MF's review[edit]
- Well it looks like the article has failed FAC already, so you might as well just close it now as it clearly isn't going to be promoted even with these fixes. And saying I need to find a good copyeditor isn't helpful, I don't know who I am going to get when I submit for GOCE reviewing nor do I know if they are 'good'. I've had so many people tell me conflicting things about how to improve this article I don't know who to believe or what to do. I'm done with trying to promote this article. - It's not for me to close anything, but surely even you can see that there's something badly wrong with "giving Rihanna her the tenth number-one single in the US" for instance? You don't need to be any kind of super copyeditor, you just need to read the text, carefully. Malleus Fatuorum 16:29, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
- Course I can see it, but it wasn't like that before the GOCE. I feel like reverting to the revision before the editor who was mean't to "improve" the article, as a lot of info has been cut from the article as a result. Calvin • NaNaNaC'mon! 16:31, 10 August 2011 (UTC)

- I think people involved with FAC forget that editors have a real life and aren't on Wikipedia for every waking moment of the day. Of course I will do them, I'm hardly a person to not bother, if you had of looked at the previous review then you would see that, but it will have to be tomorrow. This is not something to be rushed, and it is now 12:20am. People on the FAC board should remember that editors are not on Wikipedia constantly, and have other things to do in real life. - That's up to you if you want to take it upon yourself to edit S&M, I never asked you to, so don't come here telling me how "I'm not bothering", when believe me, I am very hardworking on here, in fact yesterday, I reviewd 8 GANs. I don't expect anyone to do anything on behalf of me on here, in fact, I find it rather annoying. If you had of looked on my User page, you would have seen that. - This discussion is unlikely to end up in a good place. In my opinion the article is poorly written and you have chosen to place the blame on everyone but yourself. My oppose stands until you get it looked at by a decent copyeditor. Malleus Fatuorum 23:38, 10 August 2011 (UTC)

- When I have blamed everyone but me? I included myself in the list of people who have been involved with it above, another thing you haven't looked up. You said yourself the person from GOCE has done a bad job on multiple counts in your review above. And yes, there is a backlog in GANs, so I did what I thought would be the best thing to do and help lower the backlog count. To be honest, I think you are being quite rude and sarcastic unnecessarily and for no reason.
