Layouts and examples

@Hyacinth - Hi, I waded in here and boldly fixed some layouts and descriptions of the examples, but perhaps I should have taken a closer look at the page edit history first?! Feel free to revert/change of course. I arrived here looking for some sort of MOS about music notation snippets, but this page is more about using MIDI for musical audio samples isn't it... I'd be keen to help with Score Extension related things though, and I'm hoping to contribute a patch to make it output SVG, which of course would be infinitely better than its current graphical output, not least because it will work better in "dark" mode skins.
