Excessive argument[edit]

I think this essay should have something about COI editors that argue endlessly regarding nuanced editorial decisions that editors may reasonably disagree on; the type of issue where consensus will either never be reached or would likely vary just depending on who shows up that day. However, I'm not sure how to word it in the essay in a way that wouldn't be used unfairly to discourage COI involvement when the issue is legitimate.
