Re NPT; it's far more than just a redesign. It includes far more metadata to allow editors to be able to identify pages with certain features without having to open them up individually, it maintains a running count of the amount of work still to be done, more accurate filters...to say "redesign" implies we've just made it have prettier colours, when actually there's a lot more functionality :).
