William Lewis Van Lier (born 7 April 2004) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for EFL League One club Peterborough United.
Career[edit]
Van Lier joined the youth system at Peterborough United in 2012 and was part of the team that reached the FA Youth Cup fourth round in 2021–22.[2] He won the LFE Goal of The Month award for March 2022.[3] He signed a two-year professional development contract in May 2022.[4][5] He made his first-team debut in an EFL Trophy game on 21 November 2023, when he came on as a 67th-minute substitute for Harley Mills in a 1–0 defeat at Carlisle United.[6]
