I have just made a stab at trying to clarify the criteria for inclusion in this category. I'm not sure it's ideal, since a lot of Canadian "towns" are larger and more significant than some of the smaller US Cities, but it's a start, at least.
Please suggest better criteria, and we can put them in place. One option that I could think of it adding a minimum population to the criteria, but then the category name may have to be changed to add the word "large". -- Alucard (Dr.) 18:58, 8 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
