Gask (Persian: گسك, also Romanized as Gāsg and Gesg)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Fakhrud Rural District[4] of Miyandasht District, Darmian County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 565 in 174 households, when it was in Qohestan District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 613 people in 192 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 581 people in 190 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]

After the census, the rural district was separated from the district, and Miyandasht Rural District from the Central District in the establishment of Miyandasht District.[7]
